Launch it. No account, no server, no network β it runs entirely on your Mac.
A faithful, tick-accurate tower simulation. Place a lobby, stack floors, wire up elevators and stairs, and manage the flow of people and money.
Offices, condos, hotels, restaurants, shops, cinemas, and more unlock as your tower earns stars.
Stairs, escalators, and standard / express / service elevators. Long waits make tenants unhappy β plan your transport.
Collect rent, watch expenses, set rent levels. Grow steadily toward a five-star rating without going bankrupt.
A roster of named VIPs visits your tower β led by Senzall, the founder. Impress them with a well-run building.
Every tower starts small. Grow your population and keep tenants happy to climb the ratings and unlock bigger facilities.

Senzall's Tower is an independent fork that packages an open-source engine as a native, offline Mac app. The game belongs to its author β this edition just brings it to the Mac.
The entire simulation and artwork is the work of Patrick Hulin, creator of the open-source engine tower-together (MIT) β a clean-room reimplementation that ships none of any original game's assets or code. Thank you, Patrick.
The genre was defined by SimTower ("The Tower", 1994) by Yoot Saito and OPeNBook, published by Maxis, and its sequel Yoot Tower (1998). Deep thanks to Yoot Saito for the games β and for supporting their open-sourcing.
Huge thanks to Don Hopkins, who β with Yoot Saito β leads the effort to open-source and preserve the original sources (Yoot Tower, MicropolisCore), with support from the Video Game History Foundation.
Senzall's Tower is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from the code or assets of SimTower / Yoot Tower. "SimTower" and "Yoot Tower" are trademarks of their respective owners.
SimTower and Yoot Tower are among my favorite games of all time. I built this version for myself β to play my favorite game β and I wanted to share it with anyone who'd like to play it too. The credit for the game belongs to Patrick Hulin; I just packaged it for the Mac, working with Claude using modern AI tools.
